4. Slash 'N' Burn

Fairview R2 (12.50pm)

BET NOW

Slash ’N Burn looks capable of making it back to back wins after getting the better of Master Mtoto last time. He actually meets Master Mtoto better at the weights, giving the Alan Greeff trained gelding a good chance of confirming that form.

Recommended Price: $2.10
Confidence Level: 4.5/5

3. Secret Eruption

Fairview R5 (2.35pm)

BET NOW

Secret Eruption finally broke through for a win last start after consistent form. The win coincided with him stepping up to 2000m so it looks like his optimum trip. Should prove very hard to hold out today despite the rise in class.

Recommended Price: $1.90
Confidence Level: 4/5

3. Carnival

Fairview R8 (4.20pm)

BET NOW

Carnival is building a terrific record for trainer Dean Smith with a very easy win off a two month break here in August. She has been kept fresh for this and given how strong she has been through the line over 1200m, should relish the step up in trip.

Recommended Price: $3.50
Confidence Level: 4/5
