Following on from an epic weekend of Six Nations action, the URC comes to the forefront this week, as all 16 teams in the division return to action.
Scottish rugby appears to be as strong as it has been in recent years and with Glasgow at the top of the URC table, international stars will be looking to do their bit for their club side here.
South African involvement peaks with the Stormers, who overcame a shaky start to 2026 to bounce back with a win last weekend, a result they will be desperate to build upon.
All four South African sides also have home ties this weekend and with sides having to travel down from the Northern Hemisphere, they look well placed to make great strides this week.
Here is a look at some of our top tips for game week 13 in the URC:

URC Round 13 Predictions
Friday 20/3/26
The relative plight of Welsh rugby was briefly abrupted with Wales picking up a home win over Italy in the Six Nations last weekend, but Cardiff know they are in for a tough looking trip to the Bulls here.
For the Bulls, the weight of expectation is firmly upon them, but they came up short in a bruising encounter against the Stormers last time out and will need to bounce back.
The odds are reflective of the huge task facing Cardiff here, but they should play with freedom, knowing very little is expected of them.
Bulls are generally strong at home though and they should find a way to win this one comfortably.
Score Prediction: Bulls 48 – 7 Cardiff Rugby

Having enjoyed the best part of a month off, the Lions will be desperate to return to the fold with momentum, as they host Edinburgh at Ellis Park.
Arguably, the break came at the worst time of the season for the Lions, who went into it off the back of a couple of excellent results and they will be looking to hit the ground running for the final few games of the season.
Meanwhile, Edinburgh have huffed and puffed all year without picking up any meaningful results and their home humbling at Ulster last weekend was tough viewing.
Lions are very good at home, and they could put the Scots to the sword in this one.
Score Prediction: Lions 36 – 10 Edinburgh
It has been a tricky few weeks for the Sharks, who continue to lack consistency across competitions, but they will be welcoming a return to Kings Park for this one against Munster.
With one of the worst points differences in the league, the Sharks have had a fair few points put on them this term, but they do have some very dangerous players in their ranks.
Meanwhile, Munster continue to battle on inside the top six of the URC table and they will fancy their chances of being able to cause a few problems here.
This one feels as if it will be very tight, but the home crowd could get the Sharks over the line.
Score Prediction: Sharks 32-28 Munster

Despite being written off in plenty of quarters, the Stormers bounced back impressively last time out, and they will be desperate to keep that momentum going here against the Dragons.
The start of 2026 wasn’t particularly kind to the Stormers, but they now look to be back to somewhere near their best, at a key period in the campaign.
For the Dragons, this is the type of contest they have struggled with all season and with just two wins in the URC this term, this feels like a tall order.
Stormers are generally a very strong outfit at home and they should prevail here.
Score Prediction: Stormers 40 – 10 Dragons
