Following a couple of fascinating rounds of Champions Cup action, the regular URC season continues this weekend.
Things are looking rosy for the Stormers, who sit top of the pile and with a 100% winning record from their opening eight games played.
Elsewhere, the Lions will be looking to develop some consistency, having won and lost an equal number of matches so far this campaign, while the Bulls and the Sharks have been somewhat underwhelming in the first half of the season.
With an all-South African contest on the cards, as well as trips to Scotland and Wales, it feels like a significant weekend of URC action.

URC Round 10 Predictions
Friday 23/1/26
With just one place and one point to split these two sides in the URC table, this meeting between Edinburgh and Bulls at Murrayfield really could go either way.
Attritional rugby is at the heart of the operation for Edinburgh but the Friday night atmosphere in the Scottish capital should make life rather tough for the Bulls.
Inconsistency has blighted the campaign for the Bulls thus far, particularly in the UK but this does feel winnable for them, and they could outscore the Scots on their home patch.
Result Prediction: Bulls by 10

Two more sides battling serious inconsistency square off here in South Wales, as Ospreys take on the Lions under the Friday night lights.
For the hosts, building on their three wins from eight games played will be essential but recent strong showings (albeit in defeat in the Challenge Cup), should give them some confidence ahead of this one.
For the Lions, these are the fixtures that look set to define their season and as yet, the ones that have struggled to get to grips with. They are unbeaten in their last three games though and can’t be completely written off.
Ospreys is always a tough place to go, though, and the Welsh side could just about prevail here.

Saturday 24/1/26
The prospect of an all-South African clash in the URC is always well received and the Stormers and the Sharks look ready to rattle into each other here.
The aforementioned Stormers are in fine fettle at the top of the tree, with eight wins from their opening eight games played and they are the standard setters this term.
It has been a relatively tough first half of the campaign for the Sharks, who are languishing down near the foot of the table, and they have really struggled defensively throughout the campaign.
There is always a bit more needle in these URC clashes, with both sides knowing so much about each other but the Stormers can’t be overlooked, especially in front of their home fans.
Result Prediction: Stormers by 14
